‚Bockbier‘ has a long and rich tradition behind it - originating in the North of Germany around 1351. Bockbier is a strong beer which was traditionally brewed in monasteries to help monks during fasting. The monks brewed it during the 40 days of lent.
Luckily, today this hoppy, full-bodied brew can be enjoyed year round.
